1. How do I pay?

We use PayPal to collect payment. You can also use a credit card or debit card when you check out.

2. How long does it take you to ship?

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. Once processed, we will send a shipping confirmation through email. All orders are able to be tracked.

Kindly note that our special order custom pieces take 2 weeks to ship out. This time frame is only an estimate; they may arrive sooner or a few days later.

3. Why was my order canceled?

Any suspicious orders will be canceled. Shipping and billing addresses must match.
- We will email you if the item is sold out.
- We will email you if there is a delay in replenishment of your item(s).

4. Lost or stolen package?
RRRings is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. All sales are on an Incoterms CPT basis, which means that RRRings is responsible for the product until we hand it over to the carrier.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Any cancellations must be notified to us within a 24-hour span. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel your order.

6. Can I exchange or return my items?

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Unless you received imperfect items, in which case please be ready to show some pictures and contact us.

7. Is your jewelry sterling silver?

The majority of our jewelry is sterling silver. Please read the product description on each product's page.

8. Are they real diamonds?

They are not real diamonds. We use high-quality simulated Moissanite.

9. How do you know your ring size?

Please refer to the Size guide on our website.

10. Can you wear these to take a shower or swim?

Yes, you can. They are all water-resistant and tarnish-free. However, we suggest taking them off so your jewelry can last longer.
